It takes into account the person's current fitness level, any injuries or medical conditions they may have, and their specific sport or physical activity.
The program may include a variety of exercises to improve strength, power, endurance, flexibility, mobility and cardiovascular health. These exercises may include weight training, bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, and cardio. The program may also include specific training drills or exercises that are relevant to the individual's sport or physical activity. The program is periodically reviewed and adjusted as the individual progresses and their goals evolve.
